Bill, Cardinal Acoustics’ President, has over 45 years’ experience in the business community, specializing the last 20 years in the acoustical wood-fiber industry. His background includes owning and operating a manufacturer's independent representative agency, two distributing companies as well as a fabrication company.
Bill, along with his sons, founded Cardinal Acoustics to address the need in the construction industry for a better relationship between manufacturer, designer, distributor and installer. Through better communication, better customer service, producing reliable quality products and delivering what is promised, in Bill's words, "Cardinal’s mission is to keep it simple, it doesn't need to be that difficult. Our main goal is to have all trades work together more efficiently and effectively, making the total process a smooth and pleasurable experience for everyone."
In Bill’s spare time he enjoys golf, running (completing six marathons and four half marathons), travel, and spending time with his grandchildren. He also supports his wife, Lisa, in her mission to raise funds for St Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN. Lisa is the co-founder of the "Discover the Dream" fund raiser event, held every May in Columbus, Ohio, which has raised over 5.7 million dollars in the last 13 years.
Mark is Senior Vice President of Cardinal Acoustics, engaged in both sales and operations. Mark enjoys collaborating with customers from contractors to architects, helping them get the right product for the right situation.
He brings to Cardinal Acoustics a long, accomplished tenure in the wood fiber industry, having spent 19 years at Tectum Inc., the first eight years as a sales rep and the rest as Manager of Central States sales. During his time at Tectum, he covered 19 states and was named Regional Manager of the Year four times, leading the company with eight million in annual sales.
More recently, Mark continued serving the construction community as Midwest Sales Manager for Keene Products in Cleveland, OH and National Sales Manager at ASI Architectural in Chaska, MN. During his career, Mark has developed and maintained a reputation of serving customers with unmatched honesty and integrity.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys golfing, boating and spending quality time with his wife and teen-aged son.
Dan is Vice President of Sales at Cardinal Acoustics. As a manufacturer’s representative for architectural acoustical products in five states, he grew and maintained a multi-million-dollar account list. His expertise includes advising architects and designers during schematic and design phases for commercial, educational, leisure, retail, industrial, and worship sectors.
Dan is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.A .in Political Science and Economics. His free time is spent supporting his favorite charity,St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, marathoning and cheering on OSU sports.
Billy is Cardinal Acoustics’ Vice President of Operations. He is a graduate of University of Cincinnati, College of Business and earned a J.D. from Capital University Law School. While working in the acoustics industry, Billy has advised architects through all phases of project design and has helped price and coordinate the resulting designs with a variety of manufacturers. Billy relishes the wide variety of projects that Cardinal Acoustics works on throughout the country, particularly when it comes to saving a customer money or guaranteeing a fast delivery date.
When he is not overseeing Cardinal Acoustics’ excellent operation, he enjoys spending free time with his wife and children. Billy is also an avid golfer and competitive poker player.
Aaron Campbell, Sales Account Manager, joins Cardinal Acoustics with a solid background in customer service. He enjoys interacting with customers and helping solve problems, big and small. You can expect Aaron to answer questions quickly and accurately, something for which he’s proud to strive.
When not at work, Aaron enjoys playing basketball, watching sports, and hanging out with his wife, Catie, and their dog and cat.
Brian is Cardinal Acoustics Chief Financial Officer. He joins with a sound background in financial management and business operational expertise, having led a variety of companies manage their cash flow, develop tools to operate efficiently and implement financial strategies that helped them thrive. His goal at Cardinal Acoustics is to make sure each customer is treated like they are the only client the company has.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University in business administration and accounting. In his free time, he enjoys relaxing on the beaches of Naples, FL, playing golf, reading and spending time with family and friends.
Steve McBride is Director of Operations at Cardinal Acoustics. His responsibilities include overseeing the daily production schedule, as well as building and designing special equipment necessary to custom cut, paint, and otherwise manufacture our acoustical panels. He also oversees incoming and outgoing inventory, incoming orders, and payroll.
Before joining Cardinal Acoustics in 2018, Steve spent more than 20 years in the construction and cementitious acoustical wall panel industries. Steve considers his family to be his greatest achievement. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities like camping, hiking and rock climbing. And even at home, you’ll find Steve building and fixing things.
