All baffles over 4' in length must be secured with a metal channel which is then attached to the substrate above. Cardinal Acoustics can provide the 16-gauge metal U channel with either 4" or 5" legs. The U channel is sanded and primed so that it can be factory or field painted to match the panel color. All channels are pre-drilled for a simple field installation.
