COVID-19 Communication

To All Cardinal Acoustics Clients and Partners,

In a difficult time, with COVID-19 rapidly evolving as a national and global challenge, we want you to know that we are open, and our plant and home office are operating at normal capacity. Deliveries remain on schedule within our regularly projected 2-to-4-week lead times, and we have a full stock of product available to fulfill project requirements for all contractors, distributors and rep quotes.

While there are many factors impacting the supply chain, we’ve taken the steps necessary to ensure as little disruption as possible in our manufacturing and supply processes. We are monitoring the situation closely and relying on information from government officials to guide our decisions.

As an organization, Cardinal Acoustics is undertaking preventative protocols recommended by The World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to reduce possible spread of the virus. Our office personnel are working remotely to reduce spread and exposure and rescheduling in-person meetings to phone calls when possible. Meanwhile, our plant personnel are working in two shifts, of groups fewer than ten, and sanitizing often.

We acknowledge the uncertainty inherent in this situation and continue to:
- Seek alternative sourcing options if and when necessary
- Work closely with our partners and clients to ensure quick and efficient communication
- Stay abreast of changes in the industry and economy that may impact our ability to deliver quality acoustical products in a timely manner
